What countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship to US and Canada.
How do I initiate a return?
All returns must be approved! Customer has 10 calendar days from the delivery of the order to initiate a return. Please contact us here to initiate a return. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
Who pays shipping back fee?
Customer is responsible for shipping back fee. Customer ships the package with the carrier of choice.
What items cannot be returned?
Any items that were washed, worn or used are NOT eligible for return or exchange
All custom order items are final sale and can’t be returned
All teething accessories are final sale and can’t be returned
What if I received damaged or defective item?
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service withing 10 days to initiate return or exchange of the damaged item. Damaged/ defective items that are returned to us without prior authorization will not be eligible for store credit or refund. Click here to get started.
Can I still request a return if it has been more than 10 calendar days since the delivery of my order?
We can not do any returns if you failed to request a return/exchange after 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
Can I cancel/modify my order after it has been placed?
We can not make any changes or modify an order in any way once it has been placed. Please check your cart to make sure everything is correct.
Can I use more than one coupon/promo code?
Currently we accept only one coupon/promo at the time.
I forgot to enter my coupon/promo at check out, can you adjust my order?
Once the order has been placed, we can not add any coupons, promotions to that order. Please make sure you apply your code/promo at check out, if you have one.
How long is the processing time for a refund?
Once we receive your return to our warehouse, allow 7-14 bussiness days for the refund to be processed.
