Shipping and Returns
· All orders (excluding custom) are shipped out within 2-3 business days.
All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. You can track your package using the tracking number provided with your order. If you have any questions/concerns about delivery of your items, please contact the carrier directly. Ellibear is not responsible for the packages if the tracking information states that the package has been delivered to the address provided in the order.

Returns are accepted for store credit only
· Customers have 10 calendar days from the delivery of the parcel to request a return.
· Once the return is approved, the parcel must be received at Elliebear warehouse withing 14 calendar days. After 14 calendar days, the return is void if we have not received the package.
· Items MUST be unwashed/unworn, in the original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
· Customers are responsible for shipping back costs
· Elliebear is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during the return process.
· Final sale items are not returnable
· Gift cards are not eligible for returns
· All teethers/ pacifier clips are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
· If the item received is damaged or defective, customer has 10 calendar days to inform us to initiate return or exchange. If you fail to notify us of any issues withing the 10 calendar days of delivery, we cannot assist you.
· Once the order is placed, we cannot modify or change it in any way.
· We cannot apply any promotions or coupons once the order is placed.
· All custom orders are final sale and are not returnable.
